Upload and create an AI Workflow Engine workflow from YAML file.

This endpoint allows users to upload a YAML file containing AWE workflow
configuration and automatically creates the workflow from the file contents.

Parameters:

• request: HTTP request object containing authentication information
• file: YAML file containing the workflow configuration
• workspace_uuid: Optional workspace UUID for context

Returns:

• Dictionary containing status, created workflow UUID and name

Raises:

• HTTPException: If file upload fails, YAML parsing fails, or workflow creation fails
