List all AI Workflow Engine workflows in the workspace.

This endpoint returns a list of all AWE workflows available in the specified
workspace, including their basic information and metadata.

Parameters:

• request: HTTP request object containing authentication information
• workspace_uuid: Optional workspace UUID for context

Returns:

• List of AWE workflows with their details

Raises:

• HTTPException: If listing workflows fails or access is denied
